What countries do you ship to and how long does shipping take?

We deliver all over the world so no one misses the chance to have a beautiful white smile.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

The estimated delivery time:

- United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia is 7 to 13 business days.

Europe is 10 to 15 bussines days.

Latin America 20-50 bussines days.

Note: Due to the problems that are having with the coronavirus, all shipments may be delayed due to companies outside of us. This delay will not be a major cause to cancel orders once they have already been processed, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that the situation that is being experienced around the world is understood. Orders are safe and will reach the end customer.

The customer is responsible for indicating the correct address. If the postal service returns the order for an incorrect address, a new unit will be sent and the customer will bear the cost of the new shipment.

The delivery service will make 2 delivery attempts and the package will be made available to the customer for collection. If after the 15-day period for collection, the package is returned to our warehouse, a new unit will be sent and the customer will bear the cost of the new shipment.

In case the package is lost or misplaced, we bear the cost of sending a new unit. 100% Delivery Policy.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or PO Boxes. Our company is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees or duties applied to shipping or fees that may be applied by customs for the package purchased.

Returns or exchanges.

You can return your item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

• Item(s) must be in its original condition.

• Item(s) must be fully sealed and unopened.

• Item(s) is not damaged or altered in any way.

• Wrong or defective item(s) is delivered to you.

Our return policy applies when wrong item is delivered, or item is broken/defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note you will be required to provide a picture/video of the received item to prove it is defective/broken to qualify for the exchange/refund. In these cases, the return period will be 48 hours.

• We do not provide return shipping labels.

• Hygiene or personal use products cannot be returned.

• Used products cannot be returned.

• Products with improper use are not allowed as damaged product.

• Shipping on returns is not free. You are responsible for all postage and packaging fees associated with your return.

• Consider buying shipping insurance for your return, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s), your refund will not be approved if that happens.
